Having been a private landlord for many years, Jon Richards has a strong and passionate understanding of the issues facing landlords and tenants and has first-hand experience of the rapidly changing landscape in the world of property.
Jon has seen the difficulties so many people have with selling their property; realising that there must be an easier and more profitable answer, Jon set about looking for solutions to the problem. From this, Archway was born.
Today Jon lives with his wife on the Hampshire / Dorset boarder and is often found at one of the local property meetings or discussing the housing market with numerous estate agents.
